Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable systems for ingesting and parsing blockchain data.
- Leverage AI-native engineering workflows to enhance team velocity and code quality.
- Provide blockchain protocol expertise to the team and stakeholders.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including monitoring and debugging.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align datasets with crypto ecosystem needs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and design documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
- Ability to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code reliability.
- Deep understanding of at least one blockchain protocol.
