Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
- Use AI-native workflows involving LLMs and automated agents to improve team velocity and code quality.
- Provide expertise on blockchain protocols such as EVM and UTXO to teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and pipeline and service reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align datasets with the needs of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design documents, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity while maintaining reliable and maintainable code.
- Deep understanding and experience with at least one blockchain protocol.
- Ability to iterate quickly and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
