Responsibilities
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Cloud functionality using Salesforce CPQ, Aura, LWC, Apex, and Flows.
- Build integrations with internal and external systems.
- Create, enhance, and maintain single sign-on across portals and systems.
- Optimize the Salesforce codebase and system architecture for efficiency and automation.
- Design and configure Salesforce objects, data management, reports, dashboards, workflows, alerts, flows, users, and security settings.
- Support Salesforce operations and collaborate with business users, technology partners, sourcing partners, and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop reporting and management information outputs.
Requirements
- Salesforce Developer DEV401 or Platform Developer 1 certification.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development or implementation experience at a global or enterprise level.
- At least 5 years of Sales Cloud experience.
- At least 5 years of Service Cloud experience.
- Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning component, and Salesforce CPQ experience are preferred.
- Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501 or Platform Developer 2 certification is preferred.
