Base Salary
$206k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design approaches for grounding and context assembly.
- Improve AI orchestration and reasoning quality across multi-step workflows.
- Develop and iterate on knowledge context graphs or structured representations.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to translate prototypes into reliable product capabilities.
- Raise technical rigor within the team by sharing patterns and mentoring others.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in NLP, information retrieval, and applied ML.
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs, entity resolution, or representation learning.
- Proven ability to build systems that operate at scale with a focus on latency and reliability.
- Prior work on orchestration frameworks or multi-step reasoning systems.
- Strong coding ability and comfort working with production codebases.
