$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems and APIs for agentic workflows.
- Work on AI-driven engineering tasks like prompt orchestration and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and domain experts for reliable automations.
- Architect systems for scale and reliability with clear human escalation pathways.
- Shape the pod's technical strategy and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 9+ years of backend engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong curiosity about AI, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Ability to design pragmatic solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
- Experience in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: Experience with healthcare data, product engineering, ML systems, or web crawling.
- Extra bonus: 10+ years of GPT-5 experience or a good sense of humor.
