Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications across frontend and backend components.
Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services and APIs focused on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Build responsive web interfaces using ReactJS or Vue.js and support Java-based presentation frameworks where required.
Design and maintain system integrations, database interfaces, access control mechanisms, and cross-module services.
Produce reusable, documented code and conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and technical troubleshooting.
Modernize legacy Java applications, reduce technical debt, and support technology upgrades while maintaining business continuity.
Support deployment and production operations, including monitoring, incident diagnosis, defect resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Create and maintain solution designs, interface specifications, deployment guides, operational procedures, and support records.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least eight years of software development experience.
Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and enterprise application design patterns.
Frontend development proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, and ReactJS or Vue.js.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including data modeling, SQL development, transaction handling, and performance tuning.
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, and maintenance.
Familiarity with Linux administration, shell scripting, Git, Maven or Gradle, application troubleshooting, and secure coding practices.
Preferred experience developing, modernizing, or re-engineering OA, BPMN, workflow, approval management, or other enterprise business applications.
Preferred familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, application servers, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring or logging tools.
Experience with JSP, Thymeleaf, or similar Java-based presentation technologies is advantageous.
