Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C++ and Java software in a Linux environment.
- Participate in software design, implementation, code reviews, testing, integration, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot software issues and support software integration.
- Develop unit tests and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineers to implement and verify requirements.
- Learn and apply coding standards, development tools, and software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Foundational programming experience with C++ and Java through coursework, projects, internships, or professional experience.
- Familiarity with Linux, command-line tools, and basic development workflows.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software debugging.
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, solve problems, and learn.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
- A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
