Base Salary
$86k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting the Nosis submarine and surface-ship systems program.
- Contribute to full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
- Design RESTful APIs and support system integration and containerized deployments.
- Conduct manual testing and debugging in production-like laboratory environments.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, team collaboration, and software delivery pipelines.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation within a rigorous systems engineering process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Science, or Math plus one year of relevant experience, or a master's degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Experience with JavaScript, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Go or Java, RESTful API design, and Docker.
- Preferred qualifications include a Department of Defense Secret clearance, GitOps or FluxCD, RabbitMQ or Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, CI/CD pipeline configuration, Kubernetes, and Vue.
