Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java backend services and features within a microservices-based architecture.
- Implement, test, and deliver well-defined features from requirements through completion with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code following team standards and best practices.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues with support from experienced Software Engineers.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Contribute to scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services and a positive engineering environment.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required.
- 1–2 years of hands-on Java development experience is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and motivation to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Software Engineers and Product Managers.
