Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions connecting in-house and cloud business applications, databases, systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain integration flows and APIs using middleware tools and modern integration patterns.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, system outages, and performance problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to build integration solutions.
- Assist with API strategy implementation, middleware infrastructure configuration and maintenance, testing, and incident resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation for integration solutions, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support for integration-related issues and help maintain critical application data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or at least three years of application integration or Information Technology experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least two years of experience in application integrations and middleware development.
- Experience with Sterling B2Bi, BizLink, or BizManager is preferred or relevant to the role.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and systems, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong technical skills in integration technologies, APIs, and web services.
- Experience with enterprise-grade integrations, data mapping, transformation, and enterprise-level architecture across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience with domain-driven design in a distributed service environment, iPaaS platforms, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Preferred certification in middleware.
- Preferred experience with JIRA, Confluence, B2B/EDI mapping development and delivery, EDI troubleshooting and support, and network implementation using SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S, and AS2.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work without now or future employment-visa sponsorship.
