Base Salary

$63k - $219k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, and support IBM Cúram solutions for health and human services programs.
  • Build and maintain Java-based Cúram components, batch processes, interfaces, financial modules, and external-system integrations.
  • Translate business and policy requirements into functional and detailed technical designs aligned with architecture and development standards.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SOAP web services, XML integrations, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and other data exchange components.
  • Analyze defects, production issues, and performance concerns and implement fixes across application, integration, batch, and database components.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders through delivery, release readiness, deployment, and production support.
  • Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, estimation, mentoring, and development best practices.
  • Support modernization efforts by assessing dependencies between existing Cúram capabilities and new platforms while protecting service continuity and data integrity.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting IBM Cúram solutions.
  • At least 4 years of Java development experience in large enterprise applications.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and developing Cúram batch processes, interfaces, web services, or financial components.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, SOAP web services, and technical troubleshooting across integrated systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience.
  • Cloud technology proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, specifically capital markets, is preferred.
