Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational enterprise platform capabilities for Sierra’s customer-facing AI agent platform.
- Develop identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility that enable customers to embed Sierra into existing ecosystems.
- Scale the platform across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.
- Uphold high standards for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Build reliable, maintainable, and secure production systems that drive customer impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for building frontier AI products and reliable, maintainable, secure systems at scale.
- Preferred experience with enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
- Preferred experience with integrations, APIs, complex customer environments, and enterprise SaaS applications.
- Preferred backend-leaning full-stack experience.
- Preferred security-adjacent experience such as authentication, permissions, data isolation, or threat modeling.
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products or platforms.
