Base Salary
$103k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Skydio’s products and processes.
- Identify product failures needing engineering or manufacturing changes.
- Build tools and define triage techniques to reduce support escalations.
- Develop diagnostic processes for customer support.
- Create technical content and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Interface with customers for Cloud integration support.
- Lead prioritization of bug backlog in product planning.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for incident investigations.
- Build analytics dashboards to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software or hardware engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Salesforce, and SQL.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and Cloud integration.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS and GCP.
- Experience with network architecture and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with autonomous robotics and IoT concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
