Base Salary

$103k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Skydio’s products and processes.
  • Identify product failures needing engineering or manufacturing changes.
  • Build tools and define triage techniques to reduce support escalations.
  • Develop diagnostic processes for customer support.
  • Create technical content and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Interface with customers for Cloud integration support.
  • Lead prioritization of bug backlog in product planning.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for incident investigations.
  • Build analytics dashboards to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software or hardware engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Salesforce, and SQL.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and Cloud integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud services like AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with network architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with autonomous robotics and IoT concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
