Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test innovative features for the core safety platform.
- Improve performance, memory usage, and stability of the safety pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, design, and partner teams to ensure high execution quality.
- Engage in architectural discussions and system design for text safety solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong proficiency in C# and Python.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, high-availability backend services.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of machine learning models.
- Experience handling production incidents and improving observability in distributed systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product stakeholders.
