Responsibilities
- Expand the ingestion and document-processing platform from source acquisition through downstream publication.
- Build crawling and connector infrastructure for discovering, acquiring, and continuously maintaining international data sources.
- Scale distributed processing for document conversion, extraction, transcription, enrichment, replay, and backfills.
- Establish data contracts that normalize heterogeneous multilingual sources while preserving jurisdictional context and provenance.
- Maintain pipeline reliability, security, observability, cost efficiency, and downstream correction propagation.
- Build and operate real-time multilingual audio intelligence pipelines supporting transcription, speaker attribution, timestamp alignment, and tone analysis.
Requirements
- Expertise with web crawlers and connectors for continuously changing international sources.
- Expertise building fault-tolerant pipelines with scheduling, recovery, replay, and backfill capabilities.
- Experience processing complex documents, structured files, images, audio, and video across languages.
- Experience with stable schemas, source lineage, correction propagation, versioning, and reproducible reprocessing.
- Experience operating secure, observable, scalable, and cost-efficient processing systems across cloud and restricted environments.
- Experience with document conversion, OCR, layout analysis, structural extraction, multilingual media processing, and scalable CPU/GPU inference infrastructure.
- Preferred experience includes international public-sector data pipelines, real-time transcription, speaker diarization, tone or prosody analysis, large-scale web acquisition, difficult legal or regulatory corpora, and GovCloud or air-gapped environments.
