Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, design, implementation, and reliability of foundational data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in programming practices.
- Present technical information to teams and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-time engineering experience with a focus on back-end systems.
- Extensive experience with database technologies like MongoDB and Postgres.
- Experience with streaming/processing solutions such as Kinesis and Spark.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization and deployment technologies like Kubernetes.
