Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that enable autonomous buildings to operate and communicate intelligently.
- Work directly with customers to develop and own product features end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Improve the scalability and reliability of core infrastructure.
- Propose and implement architecture and design pattern improvements.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiences.
- Continuously ship features and improvements in a production environment deploying more than 100 times per day.
- Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integration while balancing speed and quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of coding experience.
- Experience leading the design, delivery, and long-term ownership of multiple production-grade products.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Startup mindset with ownership, urgency, pragmatism, and a bias for action.
- Willingness to work in person at the office four to five days per week.
- AWS experience is a nice-to-have qualification.
