Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step task execution.
- Build agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and multi-agent coordination patterns.
- Implement tool calling, memory management, multi-agent collaboration, workflow orchestration, planners, DAGs, and state machines.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven workflow integration platforms.
- Connect agents with databases, APIs, tools, and enterprise systems, including vector databases.
- Apply Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and software engineering best practices to production deployments.
- Incorporate ethical AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, and security best practices into autonomous systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python, AI agents, and workflow integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python, AI agents and workflow integration, and AI and LLM foundations.
- Understanding of large language models, multimodal models, prompt engineering, structured prompting, embeddings, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Kiro and spec-driven development.
- Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, multi-agent coordination, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and connecting agents to databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of cloud or on-premises vector databases.
- Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
