Responsibilities
- Advocate for quality and contribute to and execute the team’s QA strategy.
- Automate critical end-to-end flows and assist engineers with test automation.
- Investigate and respond to troubleshooting requests from local teams worldwide.
- Monitor product quality metrics, logs, and alerts and recommend observability improvements.
- Perform exploratory testing and hands-on validation to complement automated testing.
- Identify and document test scenarios for comprehensive functional coverage.
- Enhance automation tools.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, data experts, and product managers to improve vendor-facing applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- At least 2 years of Android app testing experience.
- At least 2 years of test automation experience, including tools such as Appium, RestAssured, or Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with test strategy, test case creation, and documentation.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear, concise documentation.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Appium or Espresso, software development, Android development, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and logging, monitoring, or alerting tools.
