Responsibilities
- Design and own a comprehensive, risk-based test strategy for Redtrust.
- Lead the transformation of manual regression processes into an automation-first approach.
- Design and maintain test plans and test cases for significant product features.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with Development to resolve them.
- Participate in product design reviews to surface quality risks early.
- Own the coordination interface between Product, Development, and QA.
- Partner with Development to define and grow the unit-test layer.
- Establish and maintain test documentation and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA methodologies and processes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share QA best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with risk-based test strategy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
- Solid test-automation literacy.
- Experience with test-management tooling and defect-tracking practices.
- Experience with manual testing and a focus on automation.
- Strategic thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive strategic change.
- Extensive knowledge of industry trends and quality methodologies.
