Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features that deliver customer success.
  • Build clean, efficient, well-documented software and conduct code reviews for human- and AI-generated code.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering culture, and technology adoption.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience working across the frontend and backend and shipping features end-to-end.
  • Experience incorporating feedback from users, teammates, or stakeholders to improve product or project quality and usability.
  • Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required.
  • BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
