Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Automate end-to-end SaaS and enterprise business flows using UiPath or equivalent low-code automation platforms.
- Build automation solutions that reduce manual effort in repetitive business processes.
- Perform exploratory, functional, SIT, regression, UAT, production smoke, and last-mile manual testing.
- Provide post-launch hypercare support and validate complex contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, and integrations.
- Review business requirements and create detailed manual test cases aligned with acceptance criteria.
- Establish QA processes, serve as a subject matter expert and business-area contact, and mentor junior QA team members.
- Lead complex multiplatform and cross-functional projects, managing risks, communications, and issue resolution.
- Innovate AI-related testing tools and technologies to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of quality engineering experience combining manual and automation testing.
- Experience with UiPath or modern low-code automation tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Appian.
- Experience testing large-scale enterprise finance systems, including ERP, CPQ, and order-management systems.
- Experience with API testing using REST, JSON, and XML, and with Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience with quote-to-cash flows from Salesforce CPQ to Oracle ERP and third-party integrations.
- Experience with AI testing and building AI-related tools and technologies.
- Experience with defect triage, debugging, root-cause analysis, SDLC, Agile, and Test-Driven Development.
- Experience leading complex projects, mentoring junior members, and managing multiple parallel initiatives.
- Preferred familiarity with JMeter, Gatling, or Blazemeter and with performance, stress, and volume testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- California base salary range of $146,400.00-$235,375.00, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan and Restricted Stock Units.
