Base Salary
$184k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build tools, microservices, workflows, and distributed applications that accelerate data mining and AI training.
- Design and implement streaming, resilience, logging, security, authentication, workflow orchestration, and data management solutions.
- Deploy AI models and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows for hybrid and agentic patterns.
- Analyze and operationalize complex distributed systems for high performance.
- Develop data engineering solutions for video data curation, behavioral search, and AI dataset management.
Requirements
- Develop high-performance, scalable software systems.
- Hold an MS with 6+ years of relevant experience or a BS—or equivalent experience—with 8+ years in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python or Golang.
- Have experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Hive, Parquet, SQL, and vector databases such as Milvus.
- Bring strong architectural skills and experience with data mining, AI development, ETL pipelines, and big-data engines.
- Collaborate effectively with system software and AI expert teams.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale real-time streaming, augmented reality, data curation, Spark, large language models, vision-language models, RAG, patents, publications, or open-source contributions.
