Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare offboard traffic-control software solutions.
- Integrate existing system architecture with new technologies and external systems.
- Develop standardized and customer-specific solutions using established processes and components.
- Support project managers with system software specifications, scope management, complexity estimates, timelines, and resource planning.
- Prepare and maintain project-specific documentation.
- Support system software engineers during project development and commissioning.
- Participate in programming, testing, implementation, and training new employees.
- Collaborate with customers and KION project realization teams to improve software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- Relevant experience in engineering or computer science.
- Programming experience with C#.
- Ability to work with C# .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and other software programs.
- Strong technical analysis and synthesis skills.
- Customer-oriented approach, attention to detail, quality focus, and confident communication skills.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and travel occasionally for international projects.
