Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Complete a three-week onboarding and training program.
- Participate in two six-week team rotations across product teams.
- Implement test automation and build continuous integration pipelines.
- Debug complex distributed systems and identify root causes of bugs and regressions.
- Conduct performance profiling, validation, system-level analysis, and security testing.
- Evaluate AI coding-agent outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, and quality.
- Transition to a long-term team role after successful program completion, based on interest, fit, and business needs.
Requirements
- Be a soon-to-be graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field, graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a BS, MS, or PhD.
- Have foundational knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration, networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, and firewalls.
- Demonstrate proficiency in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Have exposure to Bash, PowerShell, or Batch scripting.
- Be familiar with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, pytest, or NUnit and with test automation tools.
- Understand version control, preferably Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Show interest or experience in debugging, test-driven development, or software diagnostics.
- Effectively use AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test creation while maintaining quality standards.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and passion for software quality.
