Responsibilities
- Own architecture governance for the Agile Release Train and lead the Architecture Circle.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to engineers and architects.
- Design, develop, and continuously evolve highly available and scalable system architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and architecture teams on end-to-end architecture solutions.
- Lead complex architecture migration initiatives and transform existing system landscapes.
- Define, document, and establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Design products from the ground up and structure and oversee their end-to-end implementation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an IT architect with the ability to conceive products from scratch and take responsibility for their end-to-end delivery.
- Strong systems engineering background with a hands-on approach to architecture.
- Experience implementing security controls, including Security and Infrastructure as Code, Identity and Access Management, Key Management Systems, security monitoring, and auditing.
- Experience transforming architectures and leading complex migrations across all layers of the technology stack.
- Experience developing platforms and automating through software development, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD principles.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
