Responsibilities

Own voice AI customer delivery outcomes from discovery through production go-live within committed timelines.
Customize and configure Convogent using Pipecat and LiveKit for customer telephony, CRM, knowledge-base, compliance, and use-case requirements.
Engineer and optimize real-time audio pipelines spanning capture, STT, orchestration, and TTS for latency, concurrency, and call quality.
Connect STT, TTS, and LLM agents into resilient, observable workflows with appropriate guardrails.
Troubleshoot live customer production systems and drive issues through resolution.
Translate customer requirements into deployable solutions and collaborate with customer technical stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers.
Contribute to delivery planning, sprint tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder governance.
Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with differing requirements, technology stacks, and stakeholders.

3 to 10 years of experience building and deploying voice agents with Pipecat, LiveKit, or similar frameworks across production deployments.
Deep expertise in STT technologies including Deepgram, Whisper, AssemblyAI, Google STT, and Sarvam, and TTS technologies including ElevenLabs, Cartesia, and Amazon Polly.
Working knowledge of speech-to-speech services, including Amazon Nova Sonic, and their impact on pipeline and orchestration design.
Experience with multi-speaker diarization and conversation segmentation.
Production fluency in Python plus at least one of Node.js, TypeScript, or Go.
Practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, conversational AI design, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations including GPT-4o, Claude, and Bedrock models.
AWS deployment experience with Lambda, EC2, S3, EKS, Polly, Transcribe, and Bedrock, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver under SOW or contract constraints within defined timelines and budgets.
Preferred experience in customer delivery, consulting, systems integration, regulated industries, enterprise stakeholder management, low-code voice platforms, voice analytics, transcription tooling, Indian-language STT/TTS models, or AWS and speech technology certifications.

Full-time role based in Coimbatore or Bangalore.
Work directly on production voice AI use cases for enterprise customers.
Own customer outcomes end-to-end from discovery through production go-live.
Direct face-to-face exposure to enterprise technical stakeholders and diverse customer environments.
