Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve business challenges and automate processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design integrations across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Provide application support by diagnosing and resolving incidents across critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
