Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation-partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, certification, co-selling support, delivery, and ongoing partner management.
- Design, develop, deploy, and scale AI agents, skills, integrations, automations, and industry-specific vertical solutions.
- Build reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, product capabilities, training materials, dashboards, and internal solutions that scale across partner implementations.
- Integrate DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, and event-driven architectures.
- Act as DevRev's technical product subject-matter expert and represent the company in partner and customer calls.
- Perform requirements analysis, solution design, effort estimation, prototyping, technical demonstrations, and iterative solution refinement.
- Use SQL, data analysis, dashboards, logging, telemetry, and observability tools to troubleshoot systems and drive delivery decisions.
- Apply prompt engineering, semantic search optimization, and generative AI techniques to improve agent performance and user experience.
- Manage stakeholder alignment across partners, customers, product, engineering, customer success, support, and revenue teams.
- Capture field feedback, file product issues and enhancements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms; Go is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and evaluations for agentic AI solutions.
- Deep experience with large-scale one-way and two-way data synchronization, REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven or publish/subscribe architectures.
- Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms, including AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, containers, observability, logging, telemetry, data mapping, schema alignment, data modeling, and graph data structures.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol for adaptive, context-aware integrations.
- Ability to own partner enablement, create training materials, track readiness through dashboards, and support multiple implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, technical explanation, problem-solving, documentation, and customer-facing relationship skills.
- Ability to learn industry domains quickly and translate customer requirements into product and solution designs.
