Responsibilities
- Own enterprise accounts end to end, including discovery, design, build, go-live, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Run process discovery and reengineering workshops, diagnose underlying bottlenecks, and redesign business processes.
- Design and build production automations on the Kognitos platform across finance, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
- Integrate automations with ERP and other enterprise systems in environments with evolving AI governance.
- Lead value-based customer discussions, set expectations, and serve as a trusted advisor from process owners through the C-suite.
- Drive customer success, evangelism, adoption, expansion opportunities, and commercial account health.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements, coordinate across organizations, meet deadlines, and control scope.
- Feed customer and field learnings back to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own a problem or system from the first customer conversation through production and explain the resulting outcome.
- Strong critical thinking and systems-design skills for solving ambiguous business problems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, domains, and project stages simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of AI systems, including LLMs, agents, prompt design, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop approaches, plus hands-on use of AI tools.
- Domain knowledge of finance and accounting processes such as AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and close processes.
- Ability to lead discovery and reengineering workshops, drive adoption, advise stakeholders through the C-suite, and own account renewals and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for translating between technical and business stakeholders.
- Helpful experience includes UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Workato, ERP platforms, enterprise APIs, identity systems, Python or scripting, Snowflake, Databricks, Professional Services, Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
- Manufacturing or logistics operations experience is helpful but not mandatory.
