Responsibilities
- Own enterprise accounts from discovery to go-live, ensuring customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Conduct process discovery and reengineering workshops to diagnose and redesign business processes.
- Design and build production automations on the Kognitos platform, integrating with existing enterprise systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading value-based discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive customer success and growth by building internal champions and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating work across organizations and adhering to deadlines.
- Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams to inform product development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects from inception to production.
- Strong critical thinking and systems design skills to solve ambiguous business problems.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without losing focus.
- Deep understanding of business contexts and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of modern AI systems and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting, with exposure to manufacturing or logistics preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective translation between technical and business stakeholders.
