Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to design and deploy GenAI applications.
- Architect and implement LLM-powered workflows tailored to customer needs.
- Optimize AI inference performance and benchmark against requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues across model, software, and hardware layers.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape technical strategies and demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Develop reusable accelerators and internal playbooks for scalable deployments.
- Present technical findings and represent SambaNova at industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in production AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in GenAI application development and LLM orchestration.
- Strong foundations in ML fundamentals including model training and optimization.
- Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C++ or CUDA is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud infrastructure and familiarity with MLOps tooling.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and presenting technical information.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
