Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, technology choices, and software delivery.
- Oversee complex projects from conception through production and drive product delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while fostering continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation and translate AI modernization initiatives into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles is also stated in the education qualifications.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET, and strong knowledge of software design patterns and engineering best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data architecture, along with security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product delivery.
- Experience leading complex large-scale projects and demonstrating technical leadership and architectural design skills.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, engineering toolchains, cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, customer-focus, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
