Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology stacks with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Develop and maintain SaaS applications using .NET full-stack technologies.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex project delivery from concept through production.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Set technical direction and make high-stakes technical decisions.
- Lead product delivery and align engineering work with product vision.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation in cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, LLMs, and engineering toolchains.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles is also stated.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Expertise in .NET and software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and lead complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience with technical leadership, architectural design, cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
