Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies is required.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks is required.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
