Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and provide intelligent insights.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business applications.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Support incident management, service request fulfillment, and application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide issue-resolution updates, document solutions, and share knowledge.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert while contributing to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
