Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers for 30% of the role.
- Engage in hands-on technical implementation for 70-80% of the role.
- Design, develop, and launch AI agents and integrations.
- Connect DevRev with other platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Enhance AI performance using prompt engineering and generative AI techniques.
- Perform data analysis and build dashboards for customer insights.
- Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and conduct technical demos.
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams for alignment.
- Guide customers through technical workflows and integrations.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or systems integration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
- Familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering.
- Deep experience with API integration patterns and data synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices.
- Skilled in data mapping and schema alignment.
- Experience with observability and logging for debugging.
- Familiarity with Model Context Programming for adaptive integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to unblock technical challenges.
- Experience writing clear documentation for team understanding.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
