Solution Builder (Technical Builder)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop AI agents and experiences that take actions for enterprise organizations.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components from architecture selection through production deployment, validation, and observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, ship pipelines, validate outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs that move rapidly from concept to deployment.
- Co-build solutions with customers and partners while sharing best practices and enablement.
- Identify platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights for senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of total experience, including at least five recent years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system that the candidate can explain in detail, ideally involving AI technology, full-stack development, or frontier models.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Curiosity about evolving AI and data tools and experience experimenting with new models or technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform experience or Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, orchestration patterns, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
