Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise technology ecosystems and workflows.
- Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, and fulfilling service requests.
- Monitor and maintain supported applications to help ensure reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders about their needs and issue-resolution progress.
- Document solutions, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
