Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve resilient and scalable web products and applications.
- Develop scalable APIs and reusable, modular front-end and back-end components.
- Own development work from product discovery through production while maintaining application quality.
- Implement automated tests, documentation, observability, and production incident resolution.
- Analyze and improve application scalability, stability, security, concurrency, and performance.
- Contribute to product decisions and translate business needs into efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
- Influence architecture and technical decisions, reduce development complexity, and guide engineering practices at Senior and Staff levels.
- Mentor less experienced engineers, promote an inclusive feedback-oriented team culture, balance competing priorities, and participate in hiring at Staff level.
Requirements
- Experience levels offered are Pleno: 1–3 years, Sênior: 3–8 years, and Staff: at least 8 years.
- Strong web development experience, including responsive web applications and scalable API implementation.
- Knowledge of system design, code design patterns, reusable components, and maintainable and scalable software architecture.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, automated software testing, system observability, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with high-load optimization, concurrency, migrations, refactoring, and DevSecOps practices.
- Ability to use metrics and data in decision-making and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and an inclusive approach to decision-making.
- Agile and startup-oriented mindset, adaptability, ownership, and ability to work independently.
