Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure for AI-driven products.
- Focus on scalability, reliability, and security to enhance platform performance.
- Contribute to open-source projects and integrate new technologies into the platform.
- Develop and maintain production databases, ensuring efficient query patterns.
- Refactor existing systems to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Define architectural patterns and team practices for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and deploying mission-critical REST/RPC services.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and system-level debugging.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining scalable SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
