Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack software development of enterprise applications and services supporting GEOINT missions.
- Design and implement secure, scalable microservices in cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud and C2S.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, enforce code quality, and lead peer reviews.
- Build and deploy applications using DevSecOps pipelines, container orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Collaborate with analysts, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product owners.
- Translate mission requirements into secure, performant, and scalable technical implementations.
- Ensure compliance with customer and intelligence-community cybersecurity and accreditation standards, including RMF and STIGs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance, ability to obtain SCI access, and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, Ajax, REST APIs, Python, Java, JavaScript, and Go.
- Experience with frontend and backend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, Spring Boot, Django, Node.js, Flask, or Svelte.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and relational databases including AWS, Azure, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience architecting, developing, and delivering complex software systems into production and deploying to classified cloud environments.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Terraform, DevSecOps practices, and secure software lifecycle principles.
- Preferred experience includes UI/UX, OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, additional cloud services, geospatial standards and tools, IC enterprise tools, and relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, CISSP, Security+, or SAFe Agile.
