Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end testing of airline applications across CUSS platform components, kiosk hardware, peripherals, and backend services.
- Analyze system, platform, and application logs to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and support root-cause analysis.
- Document test scenarios, results, defects, and investigation findings for airline partners, engineering teams, and implementation and support groups.
- Collaborate with developers, product engineers, airline technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to investigate issues and validate integrations.
- Contribute to test automation, test-coverage improvements, and consistent application certification practices across hardware and software layers.
- Support transitions to business-as-usual operations by maintaining testing continuity, verifying enhancements, and documenting processes and results.
- Maintain knowledge of self-service and CUSS business processes, industry standards, CUSS specifications, product evolution, and passenger-processing workflows.
- Provide guidance on testing considerations, expected platform behavior, known limitations, improvement opportunities, and alignment with airline operational needs.
Requirements
- Senior-level QA experience focused on end-to-end testing of applications across hardware, platform services, peripherals, and backend systems.
- Technical ability to interpret system, platform, and application logs and assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to create and maintain test scenarios, test results, defect documentation, and certification findings.
- Experience or capability in test automation and improving test coverage is required or expected.
- Understanding of kiosk, Auto Bagdrop, airline self-service, airport operations, airline-system integration, and CUSS workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, product engineers, airline technical teams, business stakeholders, and support groups.
- Knowledge of industry standards, CUSS specifications, and technologies affecting airline self-service and passenger processing is valued.
