Responsibilities

Develop expertise in ValGenesis products and their pharmaceutical industry applications.
Plan and execute enterprise software platform integration and system testing activities.
Create and manage test repositories, including scenarios, cases, steps, priorities, categories, and metrics.
Maintain full traceability between requirements and test cases through traceability matrices.
Map software data flows to design robust testing approaches.
Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and SDETs throughout the complete development lifecycle.
Understand business requirements and software design and development aspects.
Use AI tools and capabilities to generate, automate, and execute test suites.
Perform test automation across web and mobile application platforms.
Participate in CI/CD-specific activities.
Own and remain accountable for the quality, reliability, and compliance of product deliverables.

2 to 6 years of experience with enterprise software product development lifecycle phases.
Strong experience with functional testing across all test phases, including test strategy and test design.
Solid understanding of GxP regulations and 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance.
Familiarity with validation protocols IQ, OQ, and PQ is a plus.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is highly valued.
Experience using Jira and test management tools such as Xray or Zephyr to manage regulated documentation.
Experience or knowledge in pharmaceutical regulatory, quality, risk, and process validation software systems, including the GAMP 5 framework.
Experience with AI-powered automation frameworks such as Playwright or TestRigor is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently with speed and minimal supervision.
