Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, approaches, and plans in line with project objectives.
- Create and maintain functional test scenarios and test cases.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defect resolution while maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily meetings, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Support continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and monitor quality metrics and test progress.
- Participate in effort estimation and test activity planning.
- Perform integration testing and validation of complex systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in functional testing and quality assurance.
- Proven experience defining and executing test strategies and test plans.
- Experience using Jira for defect management, activity tracking, and reporting.
- Experience using Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with defect lifecycle management, integration testing, and validation of complex systems.
