Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent architectures for enterprise workflows.
- Develop reusable agent patterns, templates, execution environments, lifecycle management, and session handling.
- Deploy agents using Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
- Build human-in-the-loop approvals, prompt and configuration versioning, staged rollouts, and canary releases.
- Integrate agents with internal data platforms, APIs, and services, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and structured knowledge layers.
- Create evaluation frameworks and monitor agent accuracy, task completion, reliability, and production performance.
- Implement fallback mechanisms, error handling, cost controls, usage guardrails, security safeguards, audit trails, and explainability.
- Translate workflows from Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations into agent-driven automation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and agent systems.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with API development, microservices, tool orchestration, production deployment, and observability tooling.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience building multi-step reasoning workflows, evaluation pipelines, and production guardrails.
- Ability to design goal-driven AI systems and assess cost, latency, and performance trade-offs in LLM systems.
