Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent architectures for enterprise workflows.
  • Develop reusable agent patterns, templates, execution environments, lifecycle management, and session handling.
  • Deploy agents using Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Build human-in-the-loop approvals, prompt and configuration versioning, staged rollouts, and canary releases.
  • Integrate agents with internal data platforms, APIs, and services, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and structured knowledge layers.
  • Create evaluation frameworks and monitor agent accuracy, task completion, reliability, and production performance.
  • Implement fallback mechanisms, error handling, cost controls, usage guardrails, security safeguards, audit trails, and explainability.
  • Translate workflows from Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations into agent-driven automation.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and agent systems.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Experience with API development, microservices, tool orchestration, production deployment, and observability tooling.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Experience building multi-step reasoning workflows, evaluation pipelines, and production guardrails.
  • Ability to design goal-driven AI systems and assess cost, latency, and performance trade-offs in LLM systems.
