Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand domain workflows, systems, and data flows in connected vehicles, factory systems, and IoT environments.
- Translate sensor data, logs, and events into insights, workflows, and automated actions.
- Build and showcase AI-driven workflows, automations, and agentic use cases.
- Design and articulate end-to-end solutions from data ingestion through processing, decision, and action.
- Act as a technical advisor on integrating DevRev with customers’ existing systems.
- Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and solution walkthroughs grounded in real-world use cases.
- Support integrations with external systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Contribute to technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures.
- Track industry trends in renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, IoT, and AI for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, industrial systems, or IoT environments.
- Understanding of connected systems including vehicles, machines, robotics, and embedded systems.
- Understanding of sensor ecosystems such as CAN, telemetry, vision systems, and IoT devices.
- Understanding of real-world data including signals, logs, and time-series data.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows such as inspection, defect detection, and production cycles.
- Ability to explain the flow from system data through processing to business outcomes.
- Strong system-level thinking and experience designing end-to-end systems.
- Experience with data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of system design, reliability, and failure handling.
- Exposure to AI/ML in industrial use cases such as vision systems, predictive maintenance, and log-stream analysis.
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, and AI agents, with familiarity with prompt design and AI workflows.
- Familiarity with Postman, GitHub, Jira, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify automation opportunities from real-world signals.
