Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and manage team performance and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple and cross-functional teams on key technical decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, and consistency.
- Design scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and apply quality assurance practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Must-have expertise in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Proficiency in code review and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive project success.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
