Responsibilities
- Support transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solution designs
- Support configuration, integration, and testing of new functionality
- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams across the trade lifecycle
- Optimize and digitalize capital markets processes
- Gradually take ownership of work packages, sub-projects, and functional leadership of smaller project teams
Requirements
- University degree and relevant professional experience in consulting, IT, or financial services transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products and processes, such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX/Money Markets, Risk, Operations, or Accounting
- Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 as a Business Analyst, Engineer, Key User, Application Owner, or Consultant
- Interest in system integration, data flows, interfaces, migrations, configuration, and testing
- Fluent English and strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Preferred experience implementing or enhancing Murex modules
- Preferred knowledge of project management, Target Operating Models, or regulatory transformation initiatives
- Preferred experience with SQL, data analysis, interface or integration technologies, or test automation
- Preferred understanding of modern capital markets system architectures and functional leadership of project teams or workstreams
