Responsibilities
- Own technical solutions and software architecture decisions.
- Analyze customer requirements and define implementation approaches.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews.
- Support technical estimation and project planning.
- Design and develop complex embedded software components.
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis activities.
- Support software integration and qualification testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
- Strong experience with automotive embedded systems and advanced C/C++ programming.
- Experience leading technical activities or small teams.
- Experience with multi-core embedded systems and RTOS or bare-metal development.
- Embedded Linux knowledge is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols, software architecture design, and requirements management.
- ASPICE awareness or experience, software quality and process compliance experience, and functional safety awareness.
- Preferred experience with AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive, radar systems, ADAS applications, automotive cybersecurity, CANoe, Davinci, Polyspace, DOORS, Infineon TriCore, and automotive MCU platforms.
