Base Salary
$129k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, robust, and scalable full-stack ECG applications.
- Build GraphQL APIs and integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems.
- Develop scalable microservices and distributed backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead application testing and deployment on AWS, including EKS, RDS, and other managed services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Maintain software quality through unit testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and documentation.
- Develop software in compliance with regulated medical-device standards, including IEC 62304.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on full-stack development.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular for UI development.
- Experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong AWS cloud experience, including Kubernetes and EKS.
- Proficiency in GraphQL and RabbitMQ preferred.
- Experience with containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and software as a medical device highly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data integration and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required; a master’s degree or higher and relevant certifications are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
