Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI applications using FLARE platform capabilities.
- Build conversational AI, document intelligence, commentary generation, validation workflow, and business insight solutions with LLMs.
- Develop RAG solutions, knowledge bases, semantic search, document ingestion, chunking, metadata extraction, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Design multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and MCP-based architectures, integrating agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.
- Develop integrations with Oracle databases, Starburst, S3 repositories, internal data services, and enterprise APIs.
- Develop microservices, APIs, and scalable containerized applications on OpenShift.
- Build automated deployment pipelines and improve platform reliability, observability, logging, and monitoring.
- Develop AI testing frameworks, measure response quality, and support responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, risk reviews, and production readiness.
- Collaborate across teams, contribute to key technical decisions, manage team effectiveness, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development, generative AI, and large language model experience.
- Associate's degree required.
- Expert proficiency in Agentic Design required.
- Expert proficiency in Python development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation recommended.
- Expert proficiency in LLM fine-tuning and advanced proficiency in AI agents, prompt engineering, and vector databases suggested.
- Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings and vector search, agentic AI frameworks, LangChain or LangGraph, and enterprise AI platforms preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills preferred.
- Banking and finance domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
