Responsibilities
- Define the production-readiness and handover framework for transitions from Value Delivery to Value Operation.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident response, and SLA-management capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish production AI quality practices including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrail validation, and retraining triggers.
- Create operational governance for security, data boundaries, compliance, and post-deployment enterprise standards.
- Design scalable tooling, automation, partner integration, and self-healing capabilities for multiple customer engagements.
- Capture operational learnings with the Knowledge & IP team and feed them back into the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers, set operational standards, and work globally with FDE squads, engineering teams, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and distributed architectures in customer production environments.
- Deep experience in observability, incident management, and production reliability across cloud environments.
- Experience detecting behavioral drift and managing quality for agentic applications in production.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-grade environments involving compliance, security posture, operational governance, and contractual SLAs.
- Ability to create standards, playbooks, repeatable processes, and scalable operational models.
- Ability to collaborate across delivery squads, platform and engineering teams, customers, external partners, and architects.
- Knowledge of agentic AI practice, context engineering, agentic orchestration, application security, cloud architecture, and evaluation and benchmarking engineering.
